Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki

Join us for any or all of the cooking classes offered on Zoom! Each class is on a Sunday and will start at 4:30 pm with fellowship and direction on getting ready to cook with us. The class will end by approximately 6pm, and you will be able to enjoy the just cooked dinner, or savor in the delicious desserts.


Each meal was chosen for its simplicity in ingredients and preparation.  Ingredients are listed with each meal just to give you an idea, and the entire recipe will be sent after you register. There may also be some alternatives to an ingredient so you aren’t stuck with any seasoning that you may never use!


Classes are led by our very own Sharon Kawashiri! You can cook with your significant other, by yourself, or with a friend via Zoom. Please register each device separately!

Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki

Classic Greek chicken kabobs!

Ingredients: olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, Greek seasoning (alternatives for this), kosher salt, black pepper, zest of lemon, boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Tzatziki: cucumbers, yogurt, parsley, mint, lemon juice, kosher salt and pepper.
